ChatGPT does a better job at making legal arguments. THe lawyers' society should police how the people make such claims and ads. Reading a pre made script to someone on the phone doesn't make you an experienced lawyer and showing up once to a court doesn't mean you should go out and advertise that you do this regularly. When people go to you for help they expect you to know what you are doing. I'm so disappointed. This guy should stick to his "teaching" law clerks. Do disgusting. Lawyers' society do you read these things? Do something.

Scattered bumbling. He told me he helped thousands of people but when I needed him to act he couldn't perform. He was frazzled and you could tell everyone on the room was puzzled by what he was speaking like it wasn't even about what we were doing. Now i wonder does he even know how to be a lawyer? They should screen people better.

How many times am I permitted to write one or more failed Licensing Examination(s)?
You are required to complete all components of the Lawyer Licensing Process within your Licensing Term. Your Licensing Term commences on the Date of Commencement of your Licensing Cycle which is May 1 of the year in which you submitted your Application to the Society or May 1 of the following year as stipulated by the Licensing and Accreditation Department when you were registered into the Licensing Process and ends three years from that date. During your Licensing Term you may not write either the Barrister Licensing Examination or the Solicitor Licensing Examination more than three times, or, if you have been authorized by the Executive Director, Professional Development and Competence pursuant to the Lawyer Licensing Process Policies, more than four times.
FOUR YEARS IS THE ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM. INTERESTING.

absolutely disappointed. I want my money back. he is a instructor for paralegals. he promised a class to teach us to get ready for the paralegal exam. what he didn't tell us was that he had to write his exam over and over. he says it took him four years to become a lawyer because he couldn't find his articles after graduation but then i realised how can you find articles in ontario if you go to china. then when i dug around i found out the truth. also i found out he is not as experienced as he says. he has no real experience, no files, no actual clients. he doesn't know what it's like to actually be a paralegal or a lawyer that works and is employed. but when i found out these things it was too late. i want a refund.

He's great! Don't know why he had such bad luck trying to find an internship when he graduated. Or why he had to write the bar passing exam twice. Or why he had such a difficult time trying to find a job as a lawyer. Not sure why nobody wants to hire him or why he doesn't have a full complete job that he has to work four. Because he's great! Heartily recommend regardless!

He took four years and wrote the lawyer exams two times before becoming a lawyer. He comes off as overcompensating for the glaring gaps in his experience. Found him lacking in real lawyer knowledge. Up to you what you want to do with your money. But if you want to hire a lawyer you should hire an actual lawyer with actual experience do your research first.

He says he's "experienced" but if you do your research what do you find? If you want to hire a DJ for your wedding or you want to listen to a podcast or you can't go to school go to this guy. If you want to hire an "experienced" lawyer, you should do your research and save money, time and energy. Don't be fooled by his department store picture..

Maybe there's a reason he's "self employed"? Needs help with public speaking. Really comes off as aggressive and insecure.

John-Paul Rodrigues does not go into court. He has a law office where he just takes phone calls he doesn't have clients or client files. How can he even teach? Stick to your fake radio program buddy and teaching paralegals.

I had a similar horrible experience with this inexperienced so called lawyer. He was completely arrogant, rude and unprofessional. I don't know where he gets his training from. Reading here it turns out John-Paul Rodrigues is only a teacher for paralegals. Good thing he is not teaching lawyers because he doesn't even know the law. Horrible experience. Will never go here ever again. Find someone who actually will look after your case. I changed my mind in time..

I found him arrogant and abrasive. I don't know if he is just defensive or the reason but I didn't like it. If I hire you, I expect you to know what you're doing and if you don't know to tell me instead of becoming rude to me to hide it.

Those who can do. Those who can't teach. Those who really can't, teach at a private college. Don't bother. He doesn't have enough experience actually as a lawyer.m

Less experience than advertised. He pretended to know more than he did. Come to find out he didn't even work as a real full time lawyer for a long time. Come to find out He teaches at private college more than being a lawyer. It showed. Wish I knew before hand because you know they say those who can do those who can't teach. It is true here.
