Mr.Virk is the most inefficient, incomptetent, greedy, and hopeless lawyer in BC. He is out of touch with what obtains in today's litigation. In the family law front, it's not always about winning, but about how to cushion the blow on how to move on in a separation/divorce saga. Parm Virk is completely deaf to reasoning, very old school and unbending, slow, mostly medically sick, unempathetic and unsympathetic. Refuses compromise, lies and feels like she has to win at all cost even to he detriment of what happens to the children with whom best interest should be considered. I would say if some one speak his name, please run and don't even look back. He has very bad reputation among the community, and always ask for more retainer money.
