wasted two weeks for this guy to not take my case, no communication what so ever. he even encouraged me not to be present at my court date without even giving me a reason why. the day of my court date he wasn’t even present, explained absolutely nothing to me and than got mad when i pointed out something in my EPO that wasn’t listed. on the phone he kept clearing his nose/throat in which was very rude (i have recordings of our phone calls). i don’t know which cases this man helped but it sure wasn’t mine, he never even explained the legal terminology to me. it’s like he really wanted me to just not fight for my legal rights??? weird vibe from this guy

If you are a man that has an EPO unjustly applied against you, as I did, this is the man to call as soon as possible. In fact, in my first conversation with my divorce lawyer, Barry was immediately recommended to deal with the EPO first, with all else to follow. Barry has dealt with over 1,300 EPOs and has taken at least 20 EPOs to an oral hearing, including my own. He also handles criminal defense cases. The time and care that Barry gave to writing up my initial affidavit was invaluable and really set the tone for our evidence to come. My EPO ended up getting revoked at the oral hearing, which was our targeted outcome. Hopefully, he can do the same for you. That said, try to write down or type up as much as possible about your case ahead of time, so that he can get off to a good start. That's what I did and it all worked out, so do what I recommend and call Barry. Don't let your spouse get away with telling lies about you and then turning the system against you. You can prevail.
