Stay clear of this law firm. I hired them and had a flat fee agreement. When the attorney I had left, Mike acted like everything was fine. He said he would hire another attorney to be assigned to my case. 3 weeks later, the new attorney he hired then calls me to say that he and Mike discussed my case and agreed that my agreement had been fulfilled by them. And I would need to pay a $4500 retainer because they aren’t doing flat rate agreements anymore. Huh?! We agreed on a custody modification, which I have in writing, for a flat fee. I paid the fee, yet here I am without a custody modification. This place is run very poorly and I’m told by the attorney that left that there are numerous internal issues going on and in his words, it’s a “sh$& show.” Don’t waste your money. Mike doesn’t return my messages, although I gave him the opportunity to make things right before I posted this review.
