I asked for the balance of my retainer back as I wasn't using her services anymore. I had excuses of : it was mailed to you a month ago. My response, may I see a picture of the cheque in your ledger? Their response, we don't have that. After several emails asking for my money back, their response was 'we are trying to see if we can e transfer you the amount. Finally I went to their office to pick up a cheque written on their trust account and... the cheque was not traceable and therefore I could not cash it. Shortly after that they miraculously figured out how to e transfer the money to me. This whole process took over a month to get my money back. Very unprofessional. She also cancelled 2 appts with less than 24 hours notice. I would not recommend Alexandra Kirscbaum a to anyone.

Happy to take your money with poor results and is very defensive if you raise concerns. Some of her Google reviews come from people who work for the justice system which is suspicious in my opinion. I can't recommend her.
