Although Me Barza has been a lawyer for over 4 DECADES, and without knowing how good he "once" was, knowledge and experience is only valuable if it is applied. Me Barza is not proactive in his representation, failing to advise clients on the legal process, and how the courts will view evidence submitted, hindering the possibility for his clients to take proper action. He is dangerously passive and sluggish, seeming to be always one step behind the opposing lawyers to the ultimate detriment of his clients. If there is someone else to blame, Me Barza will do so, rather than acknowledge his failings and inaction. He lacks grace, humility and humanity, leaving his clients feeling re-abused all over again by the very person that was supposed to right the wrongs they suffered.
