1/20/21   5     5     5     5     5   Genuinely cares about getting a great result for clients. She is kind, brilliant, quick and easy to talk to. I am glad that I had an opportunity to consult with her at Franklin Law in 2020. She went above what I expected to help me understand how to solve my legal issue. RID: 226498

The associate(Yinka Oyelowo) was referred to me. They said the associate is just as good as a lawyer but cheaper. But she would still get help/advice from the lawyer. The firm knew all the details of my case including that I was a member of a union and trying to file a grievance prior to booking an appointment. I did not know this at the time but the law firm did,... lawyers never take on clients that have a union or in the process of a grievance. The Associate knew I was trying to file a grievance and still agreed to hear my case and I paid $200. I was told my case was something they could help with. However, in the end I was told I had a great case for a grievance and they weren’t going to take on my case. Which is fair to not take on a client but they already knew this information, why would you have me come in and pay for a expensive session? But wha RID: 222653
