Esther is a no BS lawyer and will bring the fight to the door ! she will not back down she does not play games and will tell you right were you stand , you get what you pay for if you want the best and want to win then good with her !!

RUN RUN RUN. She may be on the Expert List of Best Lawyers for Family, but hiring Esther was the worst decision I made. She does not care about her clients at all. In my Intake with her, she comes across as an aggressive experienced Lawyer but it is all Hot Air. She seems to only want to build a file not constructive to her client’s needs but to increase her Billable Hours. She lies about what she will do and does not seem to retain information and was very confused during my Case Conference and accepts no accountability for her mistakes and is extremely condescending. She gave me horrible advice which only resulted in the irreparable destruction of my relationship with my ex. She has zero ethics, and empathy and will destroy your family and drain your bank account. I am shocked as to how she can practice in Family Law as she is a criminal for the destruction she has brought on families and her clients for the past 47 years of her practice. Needles to say, I switched Lawyers!

Easter and her team of lawyers fight for your best interest . I am a father and divorced and Lenkinski law has helped me fight for my rights . Fathers have rights too and Lenkinski Law will make sure the other side is brought to the light !! I give my word this is the best family lawyer around the GTA !!

Esther is a 40 year veteran whose main interest is personal travel. While highly skilled (at $$700+/hr) herself, she relies on over-charged, under-qualified junior staff to bill big hours at their lower rate, while doing error-filled work. She has limited patience with being questioned, even if to understand her reasoning. Perhaps her partners would be better choices to work with.
