Szady, SIOR, CCIM, who serves as National Director and senior leader of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors Division (“IPA”) for North America and Canada(and...in FEBRUARY 2012, CLOSED the LARGEST COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEAL IN AMERICA. THE CLOROX BUILDING. To CREATE A POWER-OF-ATTORNEY & LAST-WILL-&-TESTAMENT unbeknownst to STEPHANIE SZADY, the MOMMIE OF 4 girls, destroying my personal credit & Scheduling unnecessary SURGICAL PROCEDURES all bill FRAUDULENTLY to the INSURANCE COMPANIES...while during the divorce STEPHANIE FINALLY FILED...these two losers HID the commercial Real Estate Commissions, thru a SHELL COMPANY, these buttheads both CO-owned with MARITAL FUNDS stolen FROM STEPHANIE. BILL & KEN need to be ARRESTED! Stay away from BOTH THESE LOSERS!
