Brian is a very knowledgeable and thorough lawyer. Thanks to him, my case was resolved successfully and did not need to go through a trial. He negotiated a reasonable solution tactfully and kept me informed of the status. However, just in case, he also prepared for the worst case scenario of having to go through a trial with several defenses to ensure there was plan of attack from all angles.

Brian is an excellent lawyer that helped me out of an extremely bad situation. I was charged with a DUI. The circumstances of my case were very unique but he demonstrated he had a strong grasp of the situation. Throughout the time before going to trial he and his team kept me up to date on what our strategy would be and the outcome of all possible scenarios. Brian skills as a lawyer truly shine when he is in the courtroom. His presentation of facts and cross examinations are well articulated and well researched. He cited many case laws to support dismissal of my charge. Brian presented written submissions for the judge and was kind enough to provide me a copy. After reading the submission and seeing the quality of it I felt confident that my charge would be dropped. I was acquitted of my charge and I owe it all to him and his team. Thank you Brian and team for fighting my case to achieve the best results possible.

Brian and his team were very professional throughout the entire process. He provided us all the different options and also went over all the pros and cons of each option. He got both charges dropped but pledged guilty to the lesser charge. I would highly recommend his services to anyone faced with these circumstances

This was a very stressful situation in my life, because I was facing my second dui. I knew I had to hire the best to represent me in court. I did my research and came across Brian Starkman’s office. What he told me from the first meeting about the chance of my case is what the outcome was after trial. He was able to win my case completely and all my charges were dropped.
