Amy Driscoll is extremely dishonest , and will make several false allegations to try to win a case. This is not only ethically wrong , but is also illegal. Amy Driscoll also withholds evidence , and has in a previous case had ties , with her clients male/ boyfriend, that has harassed and logged into her clients husband. While proceeding to make allegations against her clients husband. Also not upholding the law in a justly legal way. I have seen this first hand in one of Amy driscolls divorce cases. Also upon my research there has been other similar complaints against this attorney. I believe a lawyer needs to be honest and not withhold evidence. If these ethics are not upheld , then the violatiors should lose their license to practice law.
