Do yourself a favour and not bother with him. Failed to keep me updated, which created more conflict. He is in this for himself unfortunately and not to serve his clients.

This lawyer is the worst lawyer I have ever worked with in my life. I cannot believe he is a practicing lawyer. He made numerous nasty statements to me and I routinely left our meetings / phone calls in tears. He waited 3 months before contacting the other party regarding an application that he was hired by Legal Aid to make. He said that he was too busy because he had a larger case and that I was next however my time never came. He lost a large fax that was sent to him by the other party which delayed the process further. He could not remember ANY facts of my file despite having the file for several months and speaking to me in depth. He scheduled 1 day for a trial while the other party scheduled 8 days. He made insulting remarks to me each time I asked him for legal advice. He just kept talking about himself and how great of a lawyer he was but he did NOTHING for me to assist my case. He has been suspended by the Law Society for making violent threats during a court proceeding.
