I will always choose to use Julia in any situation. My co-parenting is challenging as the opposing party makes accusations, denies facts, doesn't follow orders, and somehow does this in a way to convince the court it is ok.. always an excuse and always my fault. Typical Narcissit.. I have had 2 years in court feeling hopeless, and have had 1 lawyer in the past tell me to put my money towards counselling with my ex instead of pursuing court. Feeling terrified with many levels of distrust, and confusion, Julia has been my saviour. She understands the extremely difficult dynamic in my situation, and can see through my ex like no one else, meeting the lies with courageous facts. She is very clear on prepping me with court expectations and making sure I have all necessary documents submitted. She prioritizes by urgency which makes her available when you need her, and helps you prepare yourself for easy tasks to save some money, if you are capable. She has given me confidence and freedom.

After researching online reviews and interviewing several lawyers for a recent family law issue I decided on Julia Tchezganova. She is knowledgeable, straightforward and approachable. She listened to my concerns and evaluated my situation. She only suggested outcomes that were reasonable and fully supported by B.C. Family Law. We were able to very quickly achieve a separation agreement and settlement while incurring minimal costs. I highly recommend Julia and would use her services again.

I cannot speak positively enough about Julia Tchezganova both as a lawyer and as a person. She is warm, heartfelt, caring, diligent, adaptable and intelligent. She truly is everything that one looks for in a family lawyer, and is an incredibly genuine person to boot. I've personally reccomended Julia in the past to friends and family, and would do so again in a heartbeat. If I could give her a sixth star, I would.

I hired Julia to take over my case that had gone on for years. Julia resolved the case within three months! She negotiated an agreement that was fair to both sides. Julia is an honesty, straightforward, no-nonsense lawyer who has the unusual ability to identify core issues with clarity and precision. She kept me up to speed at all times, outlined the options, gave advice, but always left the final decision to me. Julia is exceptionally bright and has a great career ahead of her.

Julia and her assistant Karen took over my difficult divorce 2/3 rd into a messy case . They were very fair, clear and compassionate. I am happy to have ended this matter and we were able to avoid a costly trial ( a senior and confrontational apposing counsel made this a very trying experience for me). I would recommend Julia and Karen to anyone going through a divorce that requires legal representation.
