This firm is money-hungry & will gouge you first chance they get. I hired this firm to do my Last Will and Powers of Attorney. At the initial consult, they will give you low quotes to lure you in but please beware, they will tack on additional charges that are ludicrous. The work had errors and needed revision AND i was charged $300 for a 30-minute conversation which was initiated by the lawyer. There was no mention of charges before the fact which i think is unscrupulous. The responses I got to emls & vms disputing these unfair charges clearly display unprofessionalism & lack of respect for clients. Dean threatened to stick a solicitors lien on my property and told me "I should have asked about additional charges" before asking Qs! Clearly they are in financial straits. They were also the only office open during a pandemic which is testament to a dwindling client base which is why they need to lure new unsuspecting clients like myself.
