Retaining Scott F. Pomerantz to represent me was the worst decision I’ve ever made.Before retaining him do your research! I discovered his alleged outrageous misconduct & his lack of jury trial success. How Pomerantz even has a license to practice law is beyond me especially after what he did to an 8-month pregnant woman in her deposition.Before retaining him ask:“How many jury trials have you won?”& “How much money did you win? I learned he had almost no jury trials & won a negligible amount of money. He didn’t even carry malpractice insurance so I couldn’t even submit a claim for his alleged malpractice! For me his conduct documented in court records is morally repugnant. Review LA case # SC119009 Declaration by atty Shauna Frasier & 8-month pregnant Dr. Heather Oxford; Dr.Carlotta Freeman’s case against Pomerantz #SS017047 & cases w/his clients for fraud &more:LA Case # SC128659 & 09C01807 & OC case #30-2015-00791635. Do your homework.I wish I had & avoided my Pomerantz nightmare
