Horrible lawyer, can barely speak English,or understand english, doesn't know family law, doesn't listen to his clients instruction, ignorant, rude, disrespectful, doesn't communicate, wont look you in the eye, doesn't know what's going on in his own files, has been suspended from taking on files because he is money hungry and takes on so many clients he cant handle his own work load, arguemenitive. He will Lose your case and he don't care, i don't know how this sorry accuse for a lawyer passed the bar. You are better to represent yourself than have this clown speak for you.100% he will blow/lose your case. His 4 years experience is more akin to 4 hours of knowledge. HE SHOULD BE FIRED/BANNED FROM PRACTICING LAW

I was referred to Keith from legal aid. During the 2 year period, he lacked proper communication, such as cutting me off when I’m talking, not listening to my full concerns, it got the point he would actually yell at me and cut me off that would bring me to tears. He was fully aware that I suffered from physical violence and was currently fighting domestic abuse. He did nothing except sit on the phone saying nothing for minutes at a time for a lot of phone calls. Made me fill out the paper work he was supposed to. And ultimately made me feel unheard and worthless. I would not recommend him at all.

Keith Yuen is my appointed legal aid lawyer and he’s been very knowledgeable and succeeded to get me and my daughter the protection order we needed. He always replies to every email and message I send immediately. It’s obvious he cares about his clients on a personal level but he remains professional, honest, concise and trustworthy. My family law matters are just beginning but I feel secure on the long legal road with Keith Yuen at the wheel!

Mr.Yuen helped me through my custody agreement and he did a fantastic job. Great communication, fought for everything I needed and wanted out of the custody agreement. He helped with many questions I had and gave me great advice. He did everything right by me and I am so grateful for his determination and help throughout all of this. He worked very hard, and it’s very clear he has a passion for helping people and getting the job done. I highly recommend Mr.Yuen.
