Worst lawyer I have ever worked with; makes on-going mistakes, forgets to send information and really has zero empathy for her clients unless it is an easy case that she has little work to do. Although this firm claims to be an advocate in their clients - they are simply an advocate in billing.

Annette provided clarity, assurance and knowledge in what was the worst situation I have ever been through. Annette was honest, up front and prepared and was every bit the reason why I have the custody of my son. I can not thank her enough.

I met with Annette Nyland last summer when my fiancé and I were looking to buy a house together with money received from an inheritance. I needed a cohabitation agreement. I was so nervous but Annette made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. She’s not stuffy like some lawyers. She was down to earth and understood exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions and I am so happy that I saw her. I highly recommend Annette to anyone looking to hire a family law lawyer!

Annette guided me through my separation with compassion and understanding. Her support and patience made the process more bare able. My situation was messy and her knowledge of the law is unmatched. She took her time to clearly explain different possibilities and their potential outcomes so I could evaluate the big picture and make choices that would best suit myself and my kids. I’m grateful I had/have her when any issues come up. She will always have your back and tell it to you just like it is. She’s a kind hand to hold during one of the hardest life changing events.

Annette is excellent in every way possible. Her clients really matter to her and she gets the job done. She is also not afraid to stand up for you in court. I can't say enough good things about her.

Gave incorrect advice on my case which cost me over $15K. My new lawyer has had to add amendments and correct all of her mistakes costing me way more than it should. She would book meetings and then not bother to call me. Do not go with her! Divorce is hard enough without bad advice.
