This lawyer is unprofessional and lacks up to date knowledge. He makes the same mistakes. He is full of BS and misleads as if you can not figure it out. But the truth is that he is fooling himself. He drags the case until you run out of money, his priority is his monthly billing and his pocket book. He cheats and lies and there is nothing more disgusting than his arrogant attitude. I switched to another lawyer and found out how wrong he was misleading and wasting my money.

I fired him and retained a new lawyer who did 3x the work in 1/3 the time charge. He talks a good game but fails at the end. Extremely aggressive and poor communication with opposing party. No result, just excessive billing until you run out of money. Horrible experience and run from this firm they will milk you as many billable hours and blame every one else. He loves endless emails to opposing party, pointless letters and applications that get you nowhere. He charges three times number of hours as my new lawyer and got less done. He danced around in a circle when confronted and did nothing to help when I brought concerns to him. He caused a lot of damage to my case and would have been better to settle than hire this firm that are focused as many billable hours as they milk out of you. Save your money and find a different lawyer.

Very unethical, his priority is prolonging litigation and creating work for himself and junior lawyers in his firm. Conflict of interest misconduct, if enough people wrote their bad experiences with him, he would be debarred by now. He lies to impress you and get the case. Once he has the case he drags it until you run out of money. His knowledge is poor and he is too arrogant to admit he made mistakes dragging your case down the drain. I would rate him zero if there was room on the scale. Run with your life from him. He is more damaging and dangerous to put your case in his hands than your opposing party - settling with the opposite party is better than putting your trust and your case in the hands of Ken McEwan.
