I want to leave a review for my favourite lawyer Evgeniy Osipov. Before Evgeniy, I had three lawyers and my court case in the family court did not move at all for 5 years, and all my previous lawyers simply dragged out my case even more to get even more money from me. But Evgeny is the only lawyer who really helped me. He was able to prove that my ex-husband constantly lies in court and hides his income. Evgeniy will really try to help you and he is also an honest lawyer who will try to save your nerves and money so that you remain calm during the trial and do not have stress. Also Evgeniy has a deep knowledge of Canadian law and he is able to find a solution in a situation that will seem hopeless to you. And believe me, he will find the best solution for you. A few days ago we finally closed my case in court. YAHOO! I need to say I am happy with the result. Thank you, Evgeniy!

Evgeniy and his wonderful wingwoman Kim (Law Clerk) are an unstoppable team who made a debilitating time in my life as positive and successful as possible. I am kind of an expert on family lawyers as I have cycled through 5 firms and lawyers within the past 3 years. I wish that I had found Evgeniy from the start of this horrific separation experience. I would’ve saved so much time and money and I am confident that my issues would have been resolved within the first year. I actually wanted to hold off on a review because I wanted to keep his focus on myself but since he has now successfully settled my matter entirely, I suppose that I can let everyone else have him. If you need a family lawyer that is fair, genuine, honest and values your family’s best interests, look no further. He goes up against the “sharks” and puts them in their place and he is also very well respected within the judges circles for Barrie and York region. He doesn’t over charge like EVERYONE else.
