It is a pleasure and an honour to have Mr. Evgeniy by my side throughout very difficult family court matters. We have always come out on top mr. Evgeniy fights with honor. It’s very ethical and honorable. I begged my friend to try his case with Evgeniy . Evgeniy not only took on the case but turned it around 360° making my very sad friend into an extremely happy father. Once again I can’t say enough good things. Made the change to PLS lawyers after having a bad experience with another law firm. Evgeniy Osipov has taken over my file and had great success from the first attendance in court. In addition, he alleviated the stress. Overall, I am happy with the work and environment at Progressive Legal Solutions. If you need the too quality work and down to earth approach, I definitely recommend them.

Evgeniy went above and beyond what I expected. He was clear and precise about what I was after and helped us reach common ground. He joined my case after it had been ongoing for over a year and finally helped us come to a settlement. Evgeniy and his wonderful wingwoman Kim (Law Clerk) are an unstoppable team who made a debilitating time in my life as positive and successful as possible. They kept me informed, provided knowledgeable advice, processed what was needed when necessary while being cost efficient to me. He is everything you would want in a lawyer, professional, compassionate, organized, personable, punctual and his overall insight, honesty and work ethic got me my desired results and more! I hope he doesn’t mind me saying but he is a son of a wrestling champion and he was also trained by an Olympian boxing medalist. I can say with first hand experience that he not only knows how to fight in a ring. He has been with me from day one of my crazy situation and has won me everything in my case to date.

Evgeniy was a pleasure to work with. I hired him for a family custody matter that was already in progress. I was very nervous due to having bad luck with my first lawyer but Evgeniy reassured me he could get the job done and did it with the utmost professionalism and confidence the whole way through. He worked very hard and diligently. I never went more than 1 business day without receiving email responses back as well. I needed a lawyer that I could trust to get me the best outcome and he lived up to that. He caught up to all the details of my case in a very short time period and made it look easy on the day it mattered most at my settlement conference.
