Handling my fathers estate, Tom made a serious calculation in the amounts to be distributed to those in the will. Now almost 4 years, he has withdrawn from the case and recommended that I be responsible for paying out the amounts due to the grandchildren. He didn't fight to get the money which was an overpayment to the Turner offspring. There was an error made by him in the sale of the residence which was a financial loss to the estate. As the executor, it has been almost 4 years which has been frustrating and difficult. I am wanting all the grandchildren to be paid their due amount.

Content and clerical errors on personal directive, p.o.a. and will. Written client instructions weren't followed, appointment times changed with very little notice, and fee structure wasn't explained well. We found there was very little value for money and no interest in customer service. He didn't seem very interested in the work or in how we felt about the experience.
