Karsten helped my lawyer throughout my case, which was described as an extremely high conflict separation with allegations of abuse and contested custody (myself being the victim). He was always professional, often worked long hours on my behalf, and stayed involved in my case right through to the end. I especially appreciated that he immediately responded to questions he didn't have the answer to and told me he would find the answer, rather than going with his best guess or making me wait while he did the research.
