A non profit that I was a director for consulted with David on our bylaws and other agreements. He gave a comprehensive overview of the legal requirements and form the agreements should take. He was kind enough to answer a few more questions even after we had settled our account.

My friend heard David Mifsud speak at a Hamilton Council on Aging meeting & recommended him to me to get my will done. I don't own a house or a car or anything of much value and Mr. Mifsud charged me $1,500.00 claiming he spent 5 hours working on this simple Will and Powers of Attorney. One particular charge of $90.00 was for the addition of my nickname which took 30 minutes to add to the top of one sheet of paper. He is very chatty, a pity I did not realise every story he told me cost me money. I should have asked for a quote, my bad, but speaking HCoA? Who would have thought that he would take advantage of a 67 year old Senior on a limited budget living alone in an apartment? And to top it off...he won't keep your will for safe keeping. He doesn't want the expense he says. Greedy, charging for every minute you are there, forced to listen ie about 2 sisters who were once in his office fighting over their father's toilet seat or about his new office renovations. Shameful!
