A disgusting judge decides her cases before she even hears them and I would say sides with the woman 99% of the time. I was in front of her for a week long mobility trial to try to prevent my ex-wife and her new spouse (who was our physician) from taking my son to Australia for 3 years. There basic reason was that they could not make ends meet on the 330K he was making a year. Our sides opinion was why can't you down size your House (800K 2 Blocks from the Prime Ministers Residence) and your brand new SUV (90K Nissan Armada Platininum) and get things that were cheaper but this fell on the deaf ears of the judge. Also he kept his Porsche Cayenne SUV and his Alfa Romeo. They were claiming $22,800.00 per month expensed and also had about 2k in there for child care for a woman who does not even work. They were claiming the only way to get out of debt was to move to Australia for 3 years. In the end she ruled against me costing me 25K which included my costs and my ex-wifes. Patheti
