Ian Vallance could receive a medal for destroying families, alienating children from the opposing parent, and escalating an already hostile environment by recommending devious (and completely unnecessary) tricks and stunts to infuriate the opposition. He has no children of his own and hence has no empathy for those that do – not to mention having zero consideration for the actual children themselves. He will drag out the separation process with countless motions (generating reams of meaningless documentation) to pad his wallet while ensuring that the opposition is always in catch-up mode. Then he will trick the opposition into accepting mediation (to appear good in the eyes of the Court) but stack the deck by using any one of a number of his “business acquaintances” to skew things in his favour. This man is not to be trusted!!!
