If I could rate higher I would! Faiza is very professional. Straight to the point and gets the job done. She is very realistic with the law along with facts of your situation. Suggestions pointers on how to save you costs does not work against her clients. Understanding and emphatic makes you feel very comfortable. Very professional on mannerism, along with representing her client. I do not regret my decision of going with faiza and have recommended her to many individuals. Deffinately your go to!

EXTREME waste of money and time! 3 years and over $30,000 and she's gotten us nowhere... she's unaccountable and cannot retain any information. She asks the same questions repeatedly so she can double and triple bill... disgraceful!

Faiza and Karen were very supportive and knowledgable while I dealt with a sicking ex husband and his lawyer; neither of who were concerned about facts and thruths. Faiza isnt the kind of lawyer who will support claims that are clearly false, so if thats what your looking for, so I was concerned about how she would be a match for my ex and his lawyer. My concerns were met with Faiza's knowledge and tenacity to make the truth apparent. I am happy to report that she worked with the ex's lawyer to have my offer accepted as a settlement prior to trial, when it became clear that they were no match for Faiza and her team. She did everything to ensure that money didnt need to be spent in a long trial. As a warning - do NOT do a divorce without a lawyer! My ex and I did our own, which allowed him to reopen the terms of our Divorce!

I wish I had used Faiza from the beginning instead of trying to navigate things myself. Faiza jumped in and protected my rights. She was responsive, communicated well and new her business. With Faiza on my side I knew I was going to get honest answers and someone who was going to fight for me.

Ms.Sultana was professional and she was very compassionate towards my situation. She was knowledgeable in the different acts and was there for me every step of the way. She communicated what I needed to do and what my right were to protect my family.I would highly recommend her!

Faiza helped me get a separation and a divorce during COVID....She made me feel confident and strong and I felt like she always had my back...It started as a " friendly"mediation but when it turned sour Faiza was right there to get me through it. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like I wasn't alone. My divorce filing was even easier..She kept me up to date and it went through without a hitch. I should mention she did all of this remotely with me as we were in the throws of a pandemic and then a lock down. I would recommend Faiza to my family and Friends..

Lazy and terribly uninformed. Way way way overpriced. The retainer is the biggest mistake in law. The only thing Mrs Sultan is good at is burning through a retainer. Sits uninterested as your case goes down the toilet. Please I beg you if you find your at SD Law and the parade Faiza in front of you run. Your money is better spent gambling on the ponies. No value here at all. Worst lawyer I have ever seen. When I questioned her peer they just snickered. Like the poor sap that drew the short straw. Do not give her a dime. Represent yourself or have your cat represent you before it goes bad. Very bad.

Faiza Sultana is not a quality lawyer by any means and I suspect the other ratings are from herself, friends or people with matters of little importance. She has very limited experience and a junior support lawyer at best. Can not communicate well with her piers. Comes off nervous and very unsure of herself or the story she is telling. She does not take direction from the client well. Does not seem to grasp your needs. Very confused on points of lawyer and scolded multiple times a day with multiple judges. Other counsel outperformed her at every turn and they themselves would not be considered strong or senior counsel. Very poor value for the money. Does not respond to email other then saying she will answer but never does. Do not waste your money no matter how much discount they offer. If your matter means anything to you please run before putting your needs in Faiza’s hands. I promise you will be sorry. I/we wish we never put our need in S Derbin and Faiza Sultanas hands

it is very tough when you are about to start a divorce or separation process.finding a professional who can listen, understand and explain to you what's all about is the key.this professional (Faiza Sultana)handle my case; on my own words very well keeping my posted about my file or case. Explaining so many things what I wasn't able to understand, always very professional and caring.then my file was closed very fast which made me feel grateful helping to easy my concerns. Great job!!!
