When you're charged with a crime and you've never needed a lawyer before, and the internet is filled with so many options, where do you turn? who do you choose? Thankfully I stumbled upon Mark Byers. From the moment he took my case he was in control, in constant contact with me and was the voice of reason when my worries took over. He worked incredibly hard preparing for my case, bringing smart motions to the court in hopes of getting the charges dropped before trial. The day of the trial I was too nervous to even function but his calming demeanor and outstanding people skills allowed me to relax and trust that he had it all under control. We weren't even in the court room for an hour and he had all the charges dropped and the crown confused, stumbling over their words and visibly shaken. I walked out of the court room a free man. I'm so thankful for the knowledge that Mark Byers brought to my case. If you need a lawyer, he should not be your first call, but rather your only call.

Mark handled my assault and threatening charges in the best way possible. The best thing about him is that he is very professional and honest. He never gives false hopes and makes the best out of every situation. He got my charges dropped and saved my job and, in fact, my whole life! He billed me less than the amount estimated by him in the beginning and got me the best result! Who's better than him? Nobody, for me!

Mark and Ken Byers are very profesional, knowledgeable and reliable criminal lawyers. Very recommendable Criminal Lawyer who has an outstanding academic journey. Mark has a background in Physics and specialized in criminal Law. As for the sharing, I was recently accused of Assault-Domestic violence. Mark took my case to the Brampton court where I witnessed his based knowledge to common sens that he applied from the get go. To add, Mark comes from a family of Artist. Very fluent in English from the Queen, he has the ability to make you at ease. Why? Mark has that ability to read his customer's concerns. No one can go wrong when Mark is in control. One would ask about his fees? Don't ever worry about that portion. Again Mark is always in control. Being a Canadian, I would wish to see him in long term goal become a lecture in one of our local University. His best approach to the basics of Common Law where his selection on jurisprudence cases cannot be rejected by any judge out there. File your criminal cases with Mark and you will always be the WINNER!
