Emma was referred by close friends who had witnessed me endure two previous lawyers. Navigating an abusive divorce & coercive control. I had been trying to divorce my ex for 5 years. Emma’s team was able to get me a divorce judgment after only one year. If anyone reading this is going through or attempting to start a divorce, please know that she will do everything in her legal power to help you. She provided so much support and sanity for our family. Narcissistic abuse is very depleting & deprecating to go through, she did the heavy lifting. Please trust her & her team, I don’t know where we’d be without her help & guidance. Divorcing someone who has mentally and emotionally abused you & your children is one of the hardest things to go through, but I promise she will lead the way. Post divorce we are thriving, not just surviving anymore. Thank you Emma!

I found Emma online by reading her Google reviews and following her Instagram page. Emma and her associates have taken care of our family regarding some simple disputes and debt collection matters, and they have now handled many of our real estate transactions. Where Emma has been unavailable for does not practice a certain area of law, she has put us in touch with other high-quality professionals who have been reliable and who also speak very highly of her and her team. Working with Emma was a great experience compared to other lawyers I’ve dealt with. I would highly recommend Emma and her office. Her thorough work made a complicated situation manageable and while the lawyer on the other side wasted our family resources, Emma recommended options for doing written questions which saved me money in the long run because we did not have to hire a clerk or order a transcript. We made a formal offer with the other side and our file was over after a couple of back and forth offers. Before I met Emma I was sure my matter would end up at trial and I am so happy she was there to help avoid that.

Emma is quick to fill a client full of false hope. She doesn’t fight for her clients. She is quick to force you into settling instead of putting the work into representing you and the evidence you have to back your case. I strongly recommend seeking someone else as you’ll be left with crippling fees and unresolved issues.

In dealing with Emma and her staff they have been nothing but helpful in my situation. The payment plan arranged made my monthly finances possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal advice in the central Alberta area

Emma is great talker, but fails to follow through in a timely manner. Does not care in giving your file the attention it needs, leaving your matter at a stand still for long periods of time. Her office charges for work done and communications but with no result or no “next step”

Sorry, about my last rating! I meant to put 5 stars. I for got to click the positive ones. so, here is my review again! I have had my first consultation with Miss Vockeroth. I had contacted her after seeing her in action in the court room. I was so impressed with her tenacity. The Judge and the lawyer she was dealing with would talk over her and she did NOT back down. She got her points across and did what was needed for her client. I decided then that this was a lawyer I wanted to work with. After my consultation with her today...I am even more convinced.
