It's too bad the lowest score is a 1. Abby will subornate perjury. I've seen her do it. A witness will give one statement to the police and Abby will have them give another whole song and dance to the grand jury. She relies on witnesses that have extensive criminal history that she had typically charged with another crime. Conflicts of interest are her impetus. She was after me at one point. Not only did she subornate perjury she apparently has never heard of Brady. She won't turn over "victims" criminal histories nor their extensive interactions with law enforcement. She's also a big fan of modifying court records without informing anyone. She obstructs justice like other people brush their teeth. Like most lawyers in her office and the public defenders she belongs in a jail cell. As usual University of South Dakota (average LSAT 145) either never learned basic legal procedure or are so arrogant that they believe they are above it.

This young woman has a terrible attitude. She doesn't understand basic legal concepts like Brady V. United States. She is so incredibly she should be the one in a jail cell. A typically University of South Dakota law product who scored a sub prime LSAT score (IE under 150) who mistakenly believes she has the legal acumen of Oliver Wendell Holmes himself. Be very careful if you have court appointed counsel (please see entry for lyndee kamrath) theyll do everything to a murder conviction whereas the evidence is only enough to sustain jaywalking. She needs to go back to Platte SD get her job back at the diner and marry her 1st cousin like she always wanted. She's very prone to error ethically lapses and not particularly intelligent. The level of conceit and condesence is remarkable for such an unremarkable piece of ....good news is she's so arrogant that no matter how guilty you are any competent attorney will walk all over her. She's a bigger crook

I’m not if Abby is poorly educated she didn’t understand mundane concepts like Brady responsibilities on the states behalf or if she’s so arrogant she just doesn’t care. She proceeded for three years on a felony case she had evidence to support. She didn’t turn over the “victims” criminal history for 18 months. Turns he out he had a dozen felonies with offense harassment via communication. All along this “victim” was a life long felon and petty police informant. Once again I’m not if it’s ignorance or arrogance (perhaps much of each) search warrants rules of evidence stare decis rationally behavior is far beyond her realm. This is universally true about any attorney who went to a law school is less than a 150. Abby should be in a jail cell. Her daily actions are would be enough in old England to be hung drawn and quartered. Her dad owns a prairie skyscraper and I’m sure instead of ability or merit that’s why she’s an attorney in prosecutor’s rife with booze and imbeciles
