When I was faced with a lawsuit against me, regarding the carrying out my duties as trustee of my father's estate, which then blended with my mother's estate, I was devastated. Besides the emotional toll and life stress, I was faced with claims that demanded an exorbitant amount of money. I was referred to Daniel Seigel. The first thing that he said to me after reviewing the case was, "Don't worry. Trust me." He was confident in this bold statement. I could never have selected anyone more competent for legal representation, than Mr. Seigel. Not only did he provide an outcome which was above what I anticipated, but he and his legal team treated me with respect and patience throughout an ordeal which was possibly the most painful experience I’ve ever had to endure.
