Samantha actually cares. She is honest and listens to your concerns acting immediately. She has helped me in a family matter and has gotten results protecting my son. I had consultations with lawyers all over the GTA, Samatha met with me, went out of her way to represent me on very short notice. She is for the children and never undermines your concerns and grief.

Much like Samantha's other fantastic reviews, I as well cannot say enough about her! She most definitely goes above and beyond and cares! Her team is extreamly compassionate and attentive to detail. We are in an ongoing child protection matter. She has the experience and knowledge thats needed. She has been there for us for years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Samantha prescott has represented me in a family court case against CAS. During this hard time for me, She was absolutely amazing in keeping me up to date with all the court proceedings. She spent all night working on a last minute response by CAS since it was sent to the lawyers late, she truly cares about her clients and she will do absolutely anything to ensure the best interest of the child is heard in a court case.she helped me through this so much and I cant recommend this lawyer enough. I only had legal aid to pay her and she worked hours that she was not payed for just to work on my case.

Samantha was an amazing choice to have to represent me with my family court proceedings. She was amazing with keeping me updated and never lacked communication with me. She kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Samantha was so understood to the severity of my case. Today I thank her for helping me gain soul custody of my children. She was a blessing to have representing me during my time of need and help. I would in a heart beat recommend her to anyone whom needs help with family law. If in the future I would ever need a lawyer again I am forsure going to find her. Thank you again Samantha for the amazing work you did and the dedication to my file.
