If you aren't really injured maybe he's a good lawyer - he'll get you the minimum.If you are hurt, find another lawyer. Josh is only in it for the easy low offer settlemen5s. And if you question his abilities he stops returning calls. He refuses to provide clients files. 3.5 years later and Joshua still hasn't progressed my claim. He just wants me to take 50k and walk...but my life is forever changed. I live with constant pain and cannot do half of what I used to before the car accident. And I may never be able to again. This should be a relatively slam dunk claim but Josh seems unmotivated or unable to handle the complexities.

He was very good explaining the process and kept me up to date with what was happening with my case. He got me a settlement pretty fast too.

Joshuas firm had an excellent system in which i was given a personal assistant, Daniella G. She was an exceptional legal assistant that tended to all my questions and got right back to me if necessary. When Josh needed to talk to me he was very professional with explaining legal details.
