Really Clueless!! Seriously doubt he has ever argued to a jury, much less ever won a jury trial. Advice either non-existent or borders on just plain stupid. Actually said that a year and a half is not enough time to prepare for a case where hit-and-run driver pleaded guilty, his insurance company admitted liability, and medical bills and other damages totaled over $9,000. The type to sell client out for chump change to avoid trial.
