Her office set up the phone conference call a week & a half later. She called 15 mins after the meeting start time to tell me she couldn't talk to me because of a conflict. When I asked why her paralegal didn't call me earlier to cancel my appointment, she just paused & offered to refer me to another attorney. I would have preferred a call back from her staff to cancel my appointment. I can call other attorneys without a referral. Complete waste of my time talking to her!

Was referred to her for a simple estate planning. Provided all the info she requested and never heard back from her. Multiple emails and phone calls with no response. Should have questioned her services upfront as she appeared to be somewhat disorganized; sounded like a brand new practice getting setup - after 14 years??

Never returned phone messages left for her. After many requests to talk to her, a meeting was scheduled by her office. She did not show up and this was when the court date was a few days away. We dismissed her and got the court date adjourned to some other day so we could hire a trustworthy lawyer.
