Although she came highly recommended, we were very unimpressed with how she conducted herself with our family law issue. She made all sorts of promises but when we actually reached the courtroom her strategy seemed to be to create as much conflict with the other lawyer as possible. Personal insults, raising her voice, interrupting the other lawyer and judge - you name it. Needless to say she lost us our case and are trying to appeal however the next two lawyers we went to didn't want to touch it after she had had her hands on it. We've finally found a new lawyer that we saw work on another case in court and he is professional and knows his stuff. Hopefully he can undue the damage Kubica did to our case which made us look very bad. We found out later she's actually been disciplined for her misconduct!
