Michael is an excellent Lawyer has down. If you are struggling with an x spouse and in business hire this guy. He is fair, to the point and gets the job done. I can say nothing but great things about him.

Can't say enough good about Michael or the firm Epstein Cole. He is honest, pragmatic, kind, caring, tenacious, empathetic.... He actually listens to you where most other lawyers I have dealt with want to quote the law to you and direct you before hearing what you have to say. Methinks he works too many long hours for his own good but he stuck with me for the long haul - and it was a long haul. He was never patronizing nor intimidating. Never talked down to me, even those times when I am sure he was frustrated with my stubborness. His firm was more than fair with their billing, in fact they were generous with their support in their belief that I had a case to put forward to the Supreme Court of Canada. A big Toronto firm may be perceived to be more expensive but they bring a wealth of resources and a very knowledgeable team to the game. If you have a serious conflict these are the people you want representing you.
