agreed to write and file my patent application. The agreed deadline of Mr. Orel’s work was the end of May. At the beginning of this contract, Mr. Orel confirmed receival of the $2,000 deposit that I paid. However, Mr. Orel did not provide me with a single page of his work at the deadline time and failed to provide a new expected deadline time upon my repeated requests. I realized that Mr. Orel scammed me and was dishonest about preparing any work toward my patent. Therefore, I asked him to terminate our contract/agreement and return my deposit at midnight between May 31 and June 1. A month later, I have not received any money back. I believe that Mr. Orel’s failure to perform contract duties and retention of my deposit merits disciplinary action by your office.
