I hired Ms. Goodwin around May 2020 regarding a case that involved the American disability act and violations of my first amendment rights. At the time I hired her, she was very gung ho, and I gave her my retainer. At that point it swiftly went downhill, and every time I needed to contact her or get any information, I had to practically harass her. I always had to send emails requesting information, usually two and sometimes three at a time asking for updates. This drug out for over three years with her promising to do one thing and then doing nothing. She always promised to do some thing, and I would never hear from her. Finally, over THREE years later, she sent a letter stating she was no longer handling this type of case, said that the people I was suing were uncooperative and I would have to pursue litigation if I wanted to continue and then dismissed me after telling me the statute of limitations would be running out in a few months. I would definitely consider a different attorne
