If we could rate 0, we would. The incompetence is unreal. It was a nightmare. He missed deadlines for sending in materials and we closed late. If it hadn’t been for the mortgage broker helping out we would have closed 2 days late. He constantly asked us to send and resend documents. Lost things. Real estate was paid late. He forced us to meet at a old farm house that was literally filled with garbage. Said he was too busy to drive to the office. We took photos of the garbage and filth inside the place... wish I could upload them. He didn’t even have enough chairs. We are now 7 days after closing and he still hasn’t paid us the balance of our money. Says he had other closings that had more money left over and had to prioritize them. This was all in writing. Anyone know how to formally complain ? BEWARE. DON’T USE THIS LAW FIRM.
