Not only did I have a terrible experience with this lawyer but also the entire firm. When I originally started with this firm I had one lawyer and got completely ignored. When the partner reached out to me she assured me it was their mistake and that I would receive a new lawyer. When I did receive Allison as my new lawyer I was not told that there would be a rate increase. Within just a few months her rate went up yet again. I was constantly reaching out to see what the next step was and to see how long it was going to take. It took over two weeks to draft a letter. Extremely slow and costly. She outright ignored me when I asked about the price increase. I had to repeat all the same things to her as my new lawyer and got charged again. When I reached out to the partner I was told she was out of office and that I was told about price increases. I am in debt to them now and would rather switch firms and pay someone else than continue with this firm. Do not use this law firm.
