I hired the services of Me Maurice Oiknine for a second time to represent me regarding a slip and fall accident where I suffered an injury in the walkway of my rental dwelling.
Maurice took on my case, immediately sent out a notice to the landlord, guided me through the process, obtained a medical expertise, dealt with the landlord’s insurance company, established the quantum of my claim and with his excellent negotiation skills quickly obtained a generous settlement amount for me without having to go through the expense or bother of going to court.

If you’re going in front of a judge, you want Me Maurice Oiknine representing you. He’s strategic in his approach and comes to court well prepared. I appreciate the time Maurice takes to work with his clients to build a solid case. He shows compassion, yet he’s fierce. Maurice is quick on his feet and responds with confidence when the judge challenges him, which works in your favour when your time in front of the judge is limited.
Maurice represented me twice for two very complicated cases.
