Very disappointed. Didn't evaluate chances of winning, didn't give instructions, didn't explain procedures, didn't reply to my messages because she left the firm without any sign to her clients, not a word from the firm's secretary neither. A new one called me. She has been unprofessional ans cost me a lot of money for nothing.
