I have known Mike Atlas from working at TTC Legal & Claims Dept with him. He is smart and he has a dark side. I was very surprised to learn that it was Mike, all those years ago who was erasing work that I had completed for other counsel. (When I rtw from leave,I was given a computer that did not work properly). I was preparing pleadings and correspondence daily for several lawyers and quite frequently my work suddenly disappeared. It kept happening for weeks even though our IT Dept installed new parts. I arranged for our IT dept to take a closer look and report back to me unbeknownst to Mike. The IT fella was afraid to tell me bc it was grounds for dismissal. He told me that it was Mike Atlas who had been erasing my documents and he was still doing it.I was shocked. Mike had lied to me about it because I had asked him what could be causing it weeks before and he had shrugged his shoulders claiming that he did not know. When you are dishonest once, you will always be dishonest again.
