I don't know if he is knowledgeable because it seems to me that I do all the work. Communication is almost null, he almost never answered my questions in my emails and he never gave me options, suggestions or directions to take. I always had answers as to the fact that the oponent refuses, and that is it, does not seem to have tenaciy what's so ever. He never called me...I would assume that is not good work quality. So overall value...yerk.
