Very negative experience using Mr. Helm to write my will. Only three years later I was unable to make amendments to my Will, because Kidston and Co. accept a new client, living in the USA, wishing to sue me, for falling off the lower tread of a recently built 3 tread staircase, on my property! Although I raised my concern with Mr. Helm as soon as possible about the ethics of accepting this new client , nothing changed, which meant Mr. Helm could not assit me making the amendment because of “possible” conflict. That meant getting another lawyer to write my Will and of course unnecessarily paying again. There was no reply from Mr. Helm when I requested to be refunded for the cost of the first Will. After reading this, hopefully it will better inform you of where you take your business.
