I highly recommend Kevin Kaczmara if you are facing any criminal charges. Mr. Kaczmara totally exceeded my expectations based on my experience with other lawyers. He is extremely diligent, articulate and detail oriented. I was facing 9 violent charge and by the end of the trial was ACQUITTED of ALL charges. No criminal record, no probation, no conditions. Mr. Kaczmara strategically dismantled the plaintiff’s credibility and by closing arguments pointed out about 7-9 inconsistencies with the plaintiff’s thus yielding the plaintiff a “dangerous witness”. And as Mr. Kaczmara told me, it doesn’t even matter if the judge believes I’m guilty, she has no option to acquit based on the inconsistencies of the plaintiff. Whether you did it or not, is secondary to what you can argue - all he needed was reasonable doubt. And he created that uncertainty with a dynamic cross examination with questions totally unforeseen to the plaintiff. Im 100% pleased with his service!

Being my first time getting into some trouble having Kevin Kaczmara as my lawyer made this chapter in my life very smooth and very easy to handle. Not just communication but you can tell he genuinely really does care. He is very authentic and incredibly smart. I wouldn’t rather anyone else at my defence. Kevin is honest and in tough times he’s a great person to be around. He values his work and his clients. He makes you feel comfortable and really shows you what a great lawyer looks like. All I knew about lawyers was what I seen on television and Kevin exceeded my expectations. He’s not just good, he’s amazing. There weren’t always good days and it was very stressful at times. But having someone like Kevin to guide you and be there for you, you can’t go wrong. His knowledge, his truth, work ethic, value, support and overall his defence will never leave you questioned. Having Kevin, means you have someone that actually supports you and does what is best for you!
