The best Persian family lawyer...I consulted with many persian lawyers in the community before deciding to go with Shelly, many of whom pushed me to litigate right off the bat. Shelly did not. She has a no non-sense approach and gets things done, and fast.She is responsive and efficient and cost conscious, which is rare for a lawyer. Highly reccomend.

I switched counsels to Shelly and I am very happy that I did. My former counsel would take days to get back to me. Shelly is responsive and knows the law. My experience so far has been great and I am happy I took it upon myself to change lawyers.

I've got to say, my time with Bani Family Law has been nothing short of a headache. It felt like they were more interested in my wallet than actually helping me out. I hate to say it, but I'd really encourage anyone considering them to take a step back and think it through. There are plenty of other attorneys out there who'll treat you like a person, keep things clear, and actually focus on your needs. Just my two cents, but I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

Where to begin.. I came to Shelly in two very difficult and uncertain times in my life. Each time I was put at ease and given the respect, guidance and attention I required.
