I wish I could agree with these other reviews, but I can't. Bobby convinces me to plead guilty when my gut tells me not to. I obey. He's the lawyer, not me right? I am temporarily mentally "challenged" and can't make decisions for myself. He would know this, but he rarely talks to me. He yells at me. The court put a bench warrant out for me because Bobby did not show up at court and then he blamed me. His secretary tries to get me to sign blank forms and threatens me with warrants if I don't do what she says. I felt violated after I was sentenced for a charge I did not want to plead guilty to. I am getting legal aid(well he is), but he's not doing any work that a defense lawyer should be doing. That I know of. I think he is trying to ruin my life for some reason. He puts effort into screwing me over. I don't care about much these days so why would I care about convictions that I shouldn't have. Thanks Bobo. For assisting in my decision to commit suicide. He's just an amazing really good and wonderful to talk to person and lawyer i've been asking him to be my layer for 10 years plus and i've never been disapointeed thank you bobby for going above and beyond

Bobby is honest hard working and actually cares for his clients honestly I have had bobby thru some tuff cases and ultimately always come out with satisfied with out come to my case bobby really will put his hard work dedication to helping his clients but you must be honest with him from the start great lawyer great secretary and all around professional people 9 out of 10 bm law

Bobby Movassaghi came highly recommended to me during a very difficult time in my life. My situation was complicated and the stakes were extremely high. Mr. Movassaghi provided me legal advice and began reviewing my file even before he had received payment which I really appreciated because I needed assistance urgently. He was attentive during the entire length of my case, answering his phone and/or returning my call promptly (usually with in a few hours but always the same day) every single time I had a question. I have since referred quite a few individuals to Bobby all of which were also pleased with him and his criminal defence services. If you are facing a tough case and you need help, I recommend you give Bobby a call immediately. He is well versed in 4th amendment law such as illegal search and seizure and if there is a way to have your charges dismissed, he will. If you are facing financial difficulty, he will work with you to see if you are eligible for Legal Aid.
