Very knowledgeable and is not afraid to confirm his understanding by looking up the law. As for the previous review, all lawyers change you when they spend time on your case. This is not uncommon to be billed for the work they do on your case. I also like how clearly Ryan explains things. He calmly answers your questions and takes the time to understand your questions. As for rate, he seems to charge the going rate and is comparable to other Kamloops lawyers.
