B.S. Brian Sherman,He just think about his pocket nothing else, do not ever trust this guy, I do not know why law society does not follow to check lawyers with bad reputation and lack of service to stop them sucking people's blood! I wish some day they do! It is a pain when you sign an agreement with someone to protect you and if he/she is not good lawyer then they eat you before the other party does!And already you have to pay lump sum to get rid of them, cause the first thing bad lawyer does is to protect their pocket not their client! as this one!Do not trust his calm behavior and his trustworthy face and promises he gives!also do not trust his positive reviews! He charged me five thousand dollar for a few letters and kept my case for a year in hand with no use and I could not argue with him for his service at all!because I signed and agreement with him and no where and no time to complain and defend myself against him!end up to change to another one.

I am compelled, by my recent personal experience, to give 5 out of 5 to Mr. Brian Sherman on this platform. If you are looking for a tenacious lawyer who has the ability to quickly understand a situation, strategize and execute he isnt it. Mr. Sherman is a slow moving, hard to reach, terrible communicator and most importantly, someone you as the client have to constantly stay on top of. He had my file, and through the worst of times he was impossible to reach and I constantly had to remind him of outstanding things to do and consider.
